Seeking IM Physician for Outpatient Opportunity - Northwest Indiana/Near Chicago!!
Hospital seeks a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician for outpatient only opportunity to join hospital affiliated practice (approximately 27 miles from Chicago). The group is expanding to meet the needs of the practice and community. No ER call; however, there is a current practice (phone) call requirement of 1:4. Requires completion of residency in Internal Medicine; and eligibility for medical licensure in the state of Indiana.
