Beverly Hills, CA Surgical Hair Restoration Opportunity!!

Client is looking for experienced physicians (5+ years post-residency) who have excellent surgical or procedural and interpersonal skills, a clean malpractice case history and a desire to focus on Surgical hair restoration. Board certified preferred.

The positions are full-time/full focus, 5 days per week from 7:30am until about 5pm. Offices are always closed on Sundays and legal holidays, there is no call and virtually no emergencies.

*** We do not offer part-time or franchise opportunities. ***

Per client: We hire, train and manage the staff, and our Physicians do the procedures and patient consultations. We take care of everything else, including marketing.

Most of the offices consist of 1 Physician, 1 Physician Assistant, 1 Clinical Supervisor/RN, 1 Office Manager, 1-3 Senior Counselors, several nurses, surgical techs and medical assistants.

Typically, the physicians are doing 2-5 procedures per day in the morning and consults (with the help of experienced counselors) in the afternoon. The surgeons do the extraction and closure and create the recipient sites, and the nurses and med techs do the slicing and placement of the individual follicular units. PAs handle most of the FUEs (Follicular Unit Extractions), and PRP injections.

Client covers the cost of flights and hotel during our interviewing process (1st interview will likely be a phone or video). Additionally, they cover the cost of housing during the approximately 3-month paid training (training takes usually place in our HQ in Beverly Hills, CA or in some cases NYC). After completion of training, the Physician begins working at the Surgical Center.

For Beverly Hills, the average compensation range is $300-400K+ per year (income is based on a % of revenue).
