UROLOGY: Will be an Income Guarantee through the hospital, will be a private practice. All of the Urologists are independent .. there is no group, the options are to either
join a very mature practice where the doc is hiring and then you can eventually ( as planned ) take over...
or Join a recently trained Harvard doc and work with him in his practice. Also a partnership opportunity. This doc has the vision to build a group practice.
Option three is employment with hospital... there is also an option to be on an Income Guarantee and completely start your own practice
re call schedule: take one week of call during the month. light call
MUST BE DAVINCI TRAINED. NO ONE ELSE DOING IT IN THE AREA
Expected guarantee will be about $350K ... I am told very obtainable quickly
