Will be employed by hospital, full time. Income guarantee plus WRVU bonus
Basically taking over charts of 2 established docs leaving a local private practice
Bread and Butter type practice
All typical critical care procedures, bronchoscopy, intubation, monitoring line placements swans gans, arterial lines, etc.
chest tubes, thorocentesis, etc.
Employment model subject to negotiation but is base salary (mgma data) and also incentive plan based on WRVU (work RVUs)
big advantage here is that they pay based on the work they do, not how much money is collected
Will work in building close to hospital- walking distance,
acquiring charts of docs who are leaving
Ready made practice,
very little competition in the area for docs
This is a rural type setting. 100 miles from Tampa.
