Client has several options; Can start out part-time and work up to full time too.
Client's goal is to find someone who can take over in 5 years when she retires
If full time, will be salary and full partnership after 1- 2 years and no buy in.
Full time salary will be about $190-200K salary, If hourly option, the numbers will be determined.
Most of the work is OUTPATIENT
Client has 2 offices, 2 infusion suites, goes to 3 hospitals, has a PA with a PharmD and open 7 days week in infusion suite
can be 1:3 call
Will see 10 to 30 patients per day in office,
Hospital high season is about 30 patients but don't go to all 3 every day
PA helps with most of the work
Regarding Benefits there is: matching IRA, health insurance, will pay for credentialing
There is some HIV work, but mostly traditional Infectious disease and infusions including non infectious infusions...
