•2 Hospital System
•18 physician practice
•Block schedule 7 days on/7 days off
•Procedures are optional, ICU rounding is required
•15 – 18 daily patient encounters
•Group partnered with physician-led company
•Seasoned Medical Director
•250 physicians on hospital staff
About the compensation/benefits:
•Recruitment budget of $50,000 with flexible use – signing, relocation, loan repayment, retention
•Exceptional compensation plan - RVU based, average is $250,000 annual
