Outpatient FP practice – Employed
Salary/Income Guarantee - approximately $200,000 Annual for 18 months, then RVU calculated quarterly
Signing Bonus - $15,000
Student Loan repayment $60,000
Relocation allowance paid – up to $10,000
Malpractice paid, employee benefits package not limited to Retirement, PTO, CME, Dues and Memberships = $4,000
Call 1:5 – call is phone calls only and is light. It is shared with the FP’s in town
Office in new Medical Office Building
New office will have EMR
Join 3 other FP’s and 2 mid-level providers in a hospital owned practice - They are not partners, they are all employed by the hospital
