It is a 45-bed, JCAHO, 501c3 hospital. Population of the County is 128,000, our primary service area is approximately 36,000. The hospital has an excellent reputation and strong support from physicians, residents and the businesses in the region.

Practice Profile:

We are presently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner with a background/training in Family Medicine, Urgent Care or Occupational Health to provide a full range of Occ Health Services to nearly 500 business clients. The opportunity is an employed situation with a collaborative Supervisor/M.D. who also serves as the Department's Medical Review Officer. Additional duties include: Control of the Workers' Compensation (WC) Program at the Office: Interacts with company, physician, staff and patient. Markets the program to potential companies. Evaluates the work environment of each company. Knowledgeable of WC, FMLA and ADA. Provider for Non-Surgical WC patients. Provider Follow-Up for WC Patients who are post-surgical.

Qualified Candidates:

The candidates must be a Certified Nurse Practitioners. Ideally, we are seeking experience practicing providers, however, recent graduates of a quality programs will also be considered. High standards of delivering quality care is essential.

Compensation Package:

An attractive base salary per year is available. The type and details of the arrangement is negotiable and very competitive. Sign On bonus and loan forgiveness are also negotiable.
