Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity in the Beautiful Missouri Ozarks - J1/H1B Visa Sponsorship Available!!
Medical Center is looking to employ an Orthopedic Surgeon to join two experienced Orthopedic Surgeons in a thriving practice in south central Missouri.
" New 6,500 sq./ft. orthopedic clinic is under construction and will be complete this Spring 2016. It will accommodate up to 4 orthopedic surgeons as well as necessary support services and staff.
" Medical Center consists of 114 beds, level II trauma, 4 OR rooms (with option of 5), services and 8 county service area of 160,000 people in South central Missouri.
" Physician interested in general orthopedic services is desirable.
" Medical Center possesses a Hana table.
" EMR is Meditech in the Hospital and All Scripts in the clinic.
" Call is 1:3
" City is in an underserved area and we do accept J1 and H1B applicants. (We are H1B cap exempt) We are also located in the Delta Regional Authority which has no limit on J1 waivers and there is no waiver application deadline.
Benefits
o Salary is based on MGMA median
o 25,000 sign on bonus
o Up to $10,000 relocation
o Up to $4,500 for CME's and professional license fees, dues and journals.
o We provide Malpractice at $2 mill per occurrence/ $6 mill aggregate. This is a claims made policy. If Physician completes term of agreement, Medical Center will provide tail coverage.
o Benefits include: health, dental, vision, life, long and short term disability, AD&D,
o Very reasonable health insurance, non-smoker employee rate is $22.00/month. Family rate: $154/month
o 403B matching up to 3% after one year.
o 457 plan "Top Hat Plan" max contribution of $18,000 per year.
