PM&R Opportunity - Western Pennsylvania!
Physiatry (1 opportunity) Ð employed or private practice to replace a solo private practice physician who relocated due to her husbandÕs job requirements. Needed to equally share care and on-call responsibilities for a 16-bed acute inpatient rehab unit (medical directorship not available), and would also staff a busy hospital-based outpatient spine program. Opportunity to develop new services and programs. Little opportunity for pain management or electrophysiology, except office-based due to subspecialty-staffed advanced Pain Program already on site, and hospital has other arrangements for studies. Interest in non-musculoskeletal problems preferred in order to balance interests of the other full-time Physiatrist in the community. Opportunity available to rent from or be placed within a Neuropsychiatric practice that includes multiple skill sets and interests, or within an Orthopedics practice developing a new comprehensive musculoskeletal building.
