Prestigious Miami, FL Plastic Surgery Group looking to hire!!
They have been established for 10 years
They are considered a Multi specialty group
I am told they have "no Malpractice cases at all".
They have a Unique, high end patient base
Their Group includes docs who cover Facial work, 'mommy Makeovers', etc. They have 2 Board Certified
plastic surgeons, Miami's only board certified prosthodontist. an anti-aging physician board certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, a board certified clinical sexologist, a light and laser specialist, a paramedical aesthetician and Anesthesiologist
They are focused on a Lower Volume then the mass groups but a higher priced service
They are looking for a full timer.
Will receive a percentage of surgical fees. Probably start at 40% and go higher (client will give the financial details). Will probably be on a 1099
Can elect into healthcare plan
They have 2 fully accredited O suites in a prestigious location
They are very conservative
They expect the new doc will be doing about 25-40 cases per month. Probably operating 3 days per week and 2 days consulting/post of
The last doc here was earning about $490K
