URGENT CARE OPPORTUNITIES (2) IN PHILADELPHIA, PA!!
SEEKING BC/BE INTERNAL MEDICINE, FAMILY MEDICINE OR EMERGENCY MEDICINE PHYSICIANS
2 Locations: Philadelphia
Schedule: Full time 39 hours per week. Work every other weekend.
Week 1: (3) 12-hr shifts during the week (total: 36 hours)
Week 2: (2) 12-hr shifts during the week and (2) 9-hr weekend shifts on Sat/Sun (total: 42 hours)
Very little paper work. Fixed schedule. No 'on call'
Ideal candidate would understand how to grow a practice and willing to implement services.
One of the locations requires supervision of Physician Assistant (only 2-3 days/week).
We hope to open many more centers, and this could lead to a much larger role.
Communication skills must be good
EMR-Docutab
$80-$90/hr plus healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) --depends on experience
Malpractice insurance provided.
PTO: 2 weeks paid vacation, CME time off (2 days and $2500)
Support staff: The doc has an MA, X-ray tech, front desk and office manager.
Straight urgent care. No pain management. Very transparent. EXCELLENT WORKING ENVIRONMENT!
New Policy Implemented: Nobody works more than 2 shifts in a row….constantly looking at quality of life issues.
