Patient Mix Predominately Adult & Geriatric
Payor Mix 10% Medicaid (hosp practices get accelerated rate)
50% Medicare

Overview Modern spacious Operatories, Excellent Anesthesiology
group (5 anesthesiologists and 2 CRNA's) Experienced OR staff with
longevity, First Assist Program, Hospitalists, Intensivist program to

Relocation: Up to $10,000
